Challenge Competition Rules (T&Cs)


PLAY ACTIVE 8 WEEK CHALLENGE & 6 WEEK CHALLENGE COMPETITION

1. The Promoter is:
Play Active P/L (ABN 59141592610) play-active.com.au

The abovementioned business will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. To enter the competition an entrant must purchase and enter the Play Active 8 week challenge at the price of $199 (excludes GST and delivery if applicable).
4. Closing date for entry of the challenge will be 12am (AEDT)Monday 8th November 2021. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:

  • For each Challenge Entry purchased the entrant receives an entry into the Challenge Competition.

  • The entrant must have completed payment online on play-active.com.au website or if current client, with ezidebit or bank transfer. 

  • Once the challenge commences the requirements are as follows to be in the running for the winning prize. 
  • Challenge entrants will be required to do daily posts in the closed Facebook group forum community to be in the running for the winning prize are as follows to show consistency to the plan which will be required to be in the running for the winning prize -
  • A Daily post snapshot photo of daily macronutrient/calorie target, being as close to or exact amount of daily target - the closer to the target the better as this will be judged on consistency, discipline and compliance to the plan.
  • A Daily post snapshot photo of your daily step count being as close to 10,000 steps as possible, the closer the better or more will be a better result and will be more appealing to be in the running for the prize but any steps are better than no steps so do what you are capable of doing. 
  • All workouts must be completed in Play Active True Coach, which the App records consistency of completion of all workouts, which will be monitored though-out challenge.
  • Weekly Check Ins will be done on a Monday, Progress Pictures, front back side and measurements chest, arm, waist, mid hip, mid thigh. These can be sent to me in the closed facebook group or via facebook messenger this is a requirement in regards to being in the running for the winning prize. This is a requirement to record your progress throughout the challenge. 
  •  A Report will be run at the end of the challenge on the closed Facebook group by searching the entrants name and seeing the number of posts and level of constancy to judge who the overall winner will be and the consistency on all workouts completed on the Play Active True Coach App.
  • If for some reason there is a tie between a couple or several persons there will be a will be a draw of the persons names, which will be done at random by entering names into a electronic draw online and be drawn at random online which will then determine the winner of the prize. 

  • 7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

  • 8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

    9. No alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. Winner will be drawn if draw has to occur due to a tie and will be done at random after the challenge is finished and all data has been collected 19th July 2021, which is the challenge finish date, 48 hours will be given to collect data to decide on winner and if draw has it occur. 

11. The winner will be notified by email and/or Social Media inbox message on Instagram or Facebook within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

17. The winner’s name will be published on our website.

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.

19. THE DECISION IS FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into after the final decision has been made.
